The most powerful politician in the Senate, Republican leader Phil Berger, is sponsoring the so-called DAVE Act. DAVE is an acronym for a new Division of Accountability, Value, and Efficiency.
It would be led by the state auditor, Republican Dave Boliek.
That’s comforting. Not really.
It is part of Senate Bill 474 sponsored primarily by Sen. Phil Berger.
And take a look at this part:
“…the Division may employ individuals to utilize artificial intelligence…”
